Life is hard. There are so many challenges that can get us off track. Most challenges can be diminished if not overcome by closely examining them and seeing them from a different vantage point. We can work together to pinpoint what makes meaning in your life and use what motivates you to overcome or better traverse whatever problem may be that you are experiencing. With good communication and a solid understanding and grasp of who you are and what you want out of life, I don't believe there is any issue in life that we cannot work together to mitigate or overcome. I have flexible hours that include days and nights. I think I offer a somewhat unique approach to psychotherapy. I generally apply an existential approach. By this I mean that I work with you to find what makes meaning for you. We examine your existence and identify what stands in the way of the meaningful life you want. And then we attain it. Also, I am mobile. I meet you where therapy works best. I think that empathy is the most important ability that human beings have. Creating it is made by sharing stories and feeling another's pain. Empathy is the starting point for action against the endless ailments that we experience. I am passionate about not instructing - but rather being teammates with my clients against suffering in its many forms.
