About

Are you a parent/caregiver looking for someone to help your child, or are you a young adult looking for someone to talk to? Youths have unique challenges to face: school stressors, difficulty socializing with peers, struggles in identifying complex feelings, having a hard time focusing, and the list goes on. You may have noticed that your (or your child’s) struggles have worsened throughout COVID-19 for a variety of reasons, which is certainly not uncommon. If you feel anxious, sad, lonely, scattered, or overwhelmed, you are in the right place. You don’t have to go it alone. Whether you’re 5 or 25, my goal is to help you feel heard.

I have experience working with children, teens, and young adults on anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life stressors/transitions. I'm here to help you identify your goals and support you on the way to reaching them. That often looks like learning to identify your feelings, using coping skills, and exploring your identity, but therapy is not a one-size-fits-all.

I’d like to congratulate you for taking the first step by navigating this site and looking for support. The process can be a daunting one, but well worth it. If you think I could be a good fit for you or for your child, I encourage you to reach out via phone or email for a consultation. You'll be met with warmth, a sense of humor, and a listening ear.
