About

I work with individuals, couples and families to address a range of issues relating to life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, marital/intimate relationships, parent-child relationships, intergenerational patterns/family of origin exploration, attachment styles, Autism, ADHD etc. With experience spanning clients aged 4 to 65 in both the USA and India, I bring an open and culturally curious perspective to therapy. I deeply value the diverse identities my clients bring- gender, sexuality, faith, culture, language -and honor their role in the therapeutic process.

I take a collaborative approach centering my clients' context and inherent strengths. I switch between being a cheerleader, challenger, ally, and guide for them. I actively engage my clients in a two-fold approach of symptom reduction and strengths building, which enables them to respond to future stressors with greater autonomy and resilience.

Taking that first step toward change can feel overwhelming, but you're not alone in this. I’m here to guide and support you as you start your path to healing and growth. Whether you're unsure about therapy or have questions about how it works, I offer a free phone consultation to discuss your needs and help you take that next step with confidence.
