About

I specialize in working with adults who are actively engaged in their work, education, or family life but may be struggling in one or two areas. Whether it’s managing symptoms of anxiety, trauma, depression, or navigating significant life decisions, you will gain the support and guidance you need. My ideal client is someone who has the capacity for self-awareness and is motivated to make positive changes in their life. Life can be overwhelming, and it’s not uncommon to feel less than satisfied in certain areas—be it at home, work, school, or within your social circles.

I believe that everyone has the capacity to live their best life, but sometimes, we need help to articulate our needs or to give ourselves permission to make the choices we already know are right for us. My approach is to explore these challenges with you and to provide psychoeducation to fill in the gaps where you might need it.

I understand that taking the first step toward change can be the hardest part, but I want you to know that you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to support you every step of the way, offering the guidance and encouragement you need to move forward with confidence. So let's start today, call or email me to schedule your free consultation.
