About

Are you feeling lost amidst life's transitions, grappling with the weight of trauma or pain of not being accepted for who you are? Are you facing the turbulent waters of divorce, separation, or challenges of mental health conditions like OCD, neurodivergence, anxiety, or depression? You have come to the right place. We understand the complexities of life's twists and turns and are here to guide you through them. Whether you're looking for healing from past wounds, seeking acceptance and empowerment as part of the LGBTQ community, or searching for tools to navigate the maze of mental health challenges, our doors are open to you.

I am licensed with 6 years experience as a counselor and over 10 years experience working with teens, adults, and families. I have experience helping people struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, divorce or separation, ADHD & executive function, trauma, motivation, and self confidence. I am an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and neurodiverse community.

With a heart full of empathy and a knack for listening, I'm here to create a safe and welcoming space where you can share your story, be truly heard, and feel valued every step of the way. Life can be a beautiful mess, but together, we'll navigate it with humor, compassion, and a sprinkle of wit. Let's embrace the journey together! I can't wait to meet you!
