Kris adopts an eclectic approach rooted in the belief that every client has the ability to grow in their lives. Kris's therapeutic style draws from psychodynamic, person-centered, multicultural, and feminist approaches. She recognizes the importance of acknowledging the diversity of her clients including all of their identities and provides a safe space for the exploration of these identities. She infuses her sense of humor, sarcasm, curiosity, and genuine empathy into the therapeutic relationship. Kris has worked with a wide diversity of individuals including LGBTQIA+ and gender expansive folks, children, adolescents, adults, military service members, and veterans. She has worked with people struggling with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, PTSD, Bipolar I, ADHD, and interpersonal concerns.
