About

Every person can use guidance at some point in their life. Seeking therapy is not a sign of weakness but of self-awareness. As a therapist, I treat each of my clients with the utmost level of respect and dignity. It is my goal to create an environment in which each client feels unconditionally heard. I uphold an ethical and confidential practice that revolves around improving the quality of the life of each client. I aim to help you grow in confidence, self-awareness, and balance and to help you in developing healthy coping skills, self-exploration, re-orienting the way you think, and setting healthy boundaries.

I have worked with children from age two to adults in late life. However, my specialization and experience lies with children and adolescents. My areas of concentration include general anxiety, social anxiety, physical impairment, self-esteem issues, stress management, trauma, and grief.

It takes strength to seek guidance, and I am so proud of you for taking this first step in becoming the best version of you. Join me in your voyage to a better life!
