About

I am a licensed mental health counselor who works with young adults, children, teens, and adults struggling with personal or relational issues utilizing individualized therapeutic strategies. I specialize in working with young adults, children, and adults struggling with separation or school/college related anxiety, social phobias, life transitions, oppositional behaviors, family/interpersonal conflict, family changes, loss, anxiety, communication challenges, and depression. I have worked in practice for more than 15 years and enjoy working with people motivated to feel better and seek help and look forward to meeting you.

I am able to utilize an expanding personal toolkit of therapies and skills whether I work with a child using play or art therapy or an adult using cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, family therapy, or DBT.

It is important to me that each client receives personalized therapeutic supports to meet their specific needs and adjust as needed. I enjoy helping people identify and enhance their strengths, explore their creativity and skills, and work to cope with their challenges in a comfortable atmosphere.
