About

I love working with pre-teens, adolescents, college students, and emerging adults (a period that ranges from age 20-29). My goal with all of my clients is to provide a safe and supportive environment in which we work together to create lasting change. My therapeutic style is versatile and I have training in a wide array of treatment modalities which allows me to be flexible and creative with the strategies I use to help you get the most out of your time with me.

I use a collaborative approach to determine the strategies that will help you meet your goals, whether you wish to develop a set of coping skills to manage specific symptoms and/or have a safe space in which to unpack your experiences or thought patterns. I draw from my background in cognitive, behavioral, psychodynamic, attachment, and mindfulness theories.

For over a decade, I have worked with people of various ages, backgrounds, and experiences to assist them in processing past and present experiences, understanding thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, developing coping skills, and fostering healthier relationships with themselves and others. Please contact me with questions, email for quickest response.
