I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I enjoy partnering with clients to problem solve and support them through difficult times. I think it is important to look at each individual's environmental, physical and emotional health when formulating a treatment plan, and I work to provide practical strategies to help both the individual and their family.
My expertise is working with children, adolescents, autistic people and families in crisis. Much of my clinical practice has been at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, conducting crisis evaluations and developing interventions. I also work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression and complex trauma histories.
I use an eclectic approach in my practice, incorporating cognitive behavioral techniques, psychodynamic therapy and family systems therapy depending on the individual client's needs.
