About

Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and hold a Doctorate Degree in Behavioral Health from Arizona State University as well as a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University. I have training in issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, school issues, self-esteem, substance use, and more. With my clients, I take a non-judgmental approach; using openness, transparency, and direct communication. I use a cognitive behavioral approach with my clients as well as utilize motivational interviewing techniques, mindfulness and am client centered.

I am passionate about helping others build, create and discover the individuals that they were meant to be. I provide a safe space that can help clients rediscover and expand their personal strengths and self-knowledge in order to deal with the challenges that they may be facing in their lives.

I love helping individuals grow and discover who they are and who they were meant to be. I love being a part of someone’s journey and inspiring others to discover things about themselves that were always there, but they may not have always been able to recognize. Changing lives, and making a difference inspires me to be a therapist every day!
