About

I specialize in supporting humans 18+ who are navigating perinatal mood/anxiety disorders and matrescence, though also see individuals for treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, young adulthood, grief, and difficulties with belonging and self-worth. I draw from various evidence-based models, prioritizing collaboration, compassion, trust, humor, and warmth.

Motherhood isn't just about having a baby; it's a seismic shift, a spiritual awakening that alters every facet of life. It changes your body, relationships, values, priorities, and goals. Society's perception of you changes. Your world is in flux, leaving many new parents feeling unsettled, alone, and disconnected. You're not alone on this journey.

For the self-proclaimed deep-feelers and over-thinkers, those feeling out of alignment or with difficulties protecting their personal power, and for the new (or new again) parents… I would love to meet you. BCBS, MVP, and Self-Pay accepted (Medicaid pending at this time). To book an initial consultation, email is best.
