I am currently providing telehealth and phone sessions. I work in healthcare as a first responder and understand the stress and demands of the frontline and can provide the appropriate support needed to address your needs. I have been a licensed professional counselor for over 15 years providing trauma focused counseling to adolescents, adults and families in the community and hospitals. I use a strengths based solution focused approach to assist with minimizing stress and anxiety.
