Fear, anxiety, and shame are often the root causes of many of our society’s mental struggles and concerns. If you or your child feels like you are in a pit of despair or stuck in a destructive pattern of thinking, you may need help getting a new focus or sharing your burden with someone who can listen without judgement. My current specialty is play therapy and helping families with conflicts and struggling youth. I also enjoy helping adolescents or young adults who are suffering from depression or anxiety. My philosophy and interventions are faith based, research supported, and very solution focused.
