About

I use Internal Family Systems or "parts work" and somatic experiential approaches to help you develop curiosity towards your problems, reduce inner criticism, foster awareness of your body/mind/spirit, and build a warm relationship with yourself. I will take the time to get to know you, your specific challenges, and hopes. View 4 Photos

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a form of therapy that helps you heal by embracing your different inner parts, including parts that overwork, criticize, stress, shut down, or feel hurt or lost. These parts often try to protect us to feel safe. IFS helps you connect with your core Self, a nonjudgmental inner healer, fostering inner harmony and healing.

Somatic therapy can include guided meditation, breath work, body awareness exercises, and learning how to work with emotions in the body through movement. I guide you through an embodiment practice so that you can access the inner landscape of your experience including body sensations, emotions, thoughts, and energies.
