About

How often do you find yourself feeling anxious, alone, or out of control? Do you have a child who struggles to communicate their feelings? Do you ever feel at a loss for how to support your child? Whether it be anxiety, depression, parenting or just life, therapy can be a place where parents and children learn to heal, develop healthier habits, and build skills to succeed.

I have a certification in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) which is a treatment modality that focuses on the attachment between a young child and their primary caregiver, within the context of trauma. I also hold a certification in MATCH-ADTC, an evidenced based practice that specifically targets anxiety, depression, trauma and conduct disorders in children.

My main goal is to prioritize the specific needs of each individual to attain their best selves. Together we can take the first step towards becoming that happier you!
