About

I primarily work with those suffering from trauma-based issues, abuse, PTSD, anxiety, and Women’s issues (such as pregnancy and postpartum). I enjoy working with those looking to heal from past trauma or adverse experiences in order to heal and live a more fulfilling life. I also seek to assist those suffering from anxiety in the present, as well as those experiencing feelings that are overwhelming and difficult. If you are looking to heal from your past and be more comfortable in your present, I am here to help.

My main method of treatment for trauma and abuse are EMDR, mindfulness, and attachment theory. These approaches assist clients with healing from trauma and start to understand their own mind and experiences. I incorporate a strength-based and Person-Centered approach in order to meet clients where they are at and to provide a safe, nurturing space.

It is so courageous to seek out therapy, whether you are looking to work through past trauma or find ways of peace in the present. I collaborate with clients on their goals and what they want from therapy. It is important for me to provide a space where you feel as if you can heal and grow in. I look forward to hearing from you!
