I work with clients to resolve suffering, build self-compassion and self-acceptance, and create new habits. Clients can expect sessions to include a solution-based approach using mindfulness, acceptance, psychological flexibility, and evidence-based skill building.

Over the past twenty years, I have been a psychotherapist, program administrator, Applied Human Behavior Professor, and clinical supervisor.
