About

Therapy is a space for us to work together in exploration, growth, and play. I value curiosity and building a trusting & collaborative relationship between therapist and client where you are treated as the expert of your own experience! I strive to support people through identifying the ways trauma manifests in their bodies, the impact of relationships and systems on their identities, and the connections between past and present. I have experience working with children, adolescents and young adults around issues of identity, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, gender and sexuality, body image and relationship challenges.

My practice is centered around our therapeutic relationship and incorporates elements of somatic mindfulness and creative arts therapies. It is important to me to create an approach that is tailored specifically to you. I believe in affirming the unique intersection of your identities, and integrating them into our work together.

Through our relationship I hope to give you the safe space you need to be your whole self. I look forward to co-creating that space, and allowing you to reflect, heal, and grow! Reach out to schedule an appointment and our intake coordinator will help get you on my calendar.
