About

I have worked with many clients who have felt that something was wrong with them for most of their lives, and these messages have caused deep pain. Through my training and through building connection, trust, and comfort, we better identify where these painful narratives come from. Clients are more able to then choose alternative narratives and experience themselves and their lives differently. My specialization lies in working with individual adults and couples who are LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and non-monogamous. I am passionate about supporting people during periods of change, exploration, and healing from complex trauma.

My primary therapeutic approaches are narrative therapy and emotion-focused therapy. I believe in the power of connection and relational work. I bring my authentic self to the therapeutic relationship. I strive to be more anti-racist, intersectional, LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergent affirming, disability justice oriented, and trauma-informed.

I know that therapy and being vulnerable can be painful and hard. Therapy, to me, is a sacred space, and I hope to honor that for my clients. Please reach out if you feel that I may be a good fit.
