My role is to provide support and guidance during this process. Deciding to seek therapy can be difficult. I provide a safe, comfortable environment in which to gain self awareness and work towards goals. I am continually inspired by my clients' insight, courage, strength, and capacity for change. I have 22 years experience in mental health field; I have been in a private practice setting for the past 15 years. I work with children, teens, and adults. My work with children and teens began when I transitioned to private practice in 2007. I have an Eclectic Therapy Approach, with an emphasis on Person-Centered and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies I am currently welcoming new clients and happy to answer any questions to see if we can be a good fit.
