My practice as a psychotherapist prioritizes creating an unconditionally accepting space where you are free to explore your truest self. With postgraduate training in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), I work with adults and couples using an integrated trauma-informed approach. My clients describe me as warm, real, thoughtful, and engaged. My goal is to help you build a relationship with yourself based on radical self-compassion, rather than shame, judgment, and fear of failure. Through this relationship, we can work together to alleviate your suffering from intergenerational and complex trauma, ADHD, depression, anxiety, racial identity issues, relationship issues, and breakup grief. I will never minimize oppressive social structures that may be contributing to feelings of distress. I practice out of a worker owned psychotherapy collective with anti-capitalist, feminist, LGBTQIA-affirming, and anti-racist values, which are all incorporated into my work with clients.
