My areas of interest and expertise include: Trauma-Informed Therapy, Trauma-Informed Narrative Therapy, Group Therapy. I am also experienced and passionate about working alongside individuals desiring support with the following: LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, ASD, ADHD, and Family/Relational Conflict.
