Experienced online therapist with a demonstrated history of working in the mental health industry both FL and TX. Highly skilled in Child/Adolescent Development and Adults. I provide Individual Person-Centered Therapy, Couples Counseling, Reality Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness/Meditation, Yoga CBT. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, also approved by the State of Florida to be a Clinical Supervisor. I also am licensed the state of TX as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am currently working as an LPC and LMHC for Teladoc as a mental health counselor, and in the recent past as a Director of Telehealth at an outpatient facility in Fort Myers, FL providing individual counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults. I have also worked in the FL and TX schools as a K-8 Teacher, School Counselor, Professional Development District Resource Teacher, and Behavior Specialist for children and adolescents. I am an Army Reserve Veteran and a Steelers fan born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA.
