About

Over the phase of life, we all have times where we can benefit from additional support. I aim to collaborate with my clients and together we find the best solutions for overcoming challenges associated with life transition, poor relationships, past and current hurts/disappointments and self-destructive patterns. It is my passion to create a safe and open space where you can be supported and receive clinical interventions to help guide you through life challenges.

I utilize a Person-Centered approach coupled with Cognitive Behavior Therapy where warmth and empathy fuels the therapeutic alliance and allows for faulty thinking patterns and areas of growth to be identified. I collaborate with you to identify goals, and how your current strengths can be utilized to create change and higher levels of awareness.

I provide unconditional positive regard during the therapeutic process and realize during our human experience we all can benefit from tailored support and guidance at different phases of our lives.
