Life can be challenging, unpredictable and unsettling at times. You may feel a lack of hope or be uncertain of your purpose. I believe in your ability to heal, change, and move forward. I believe you hold the answers you seek within, sometimes it just requires support to unpack. I earned my masters degree in 2002. I have provided therapeutic services to all demographics of all ages across the Chicagoland area. I have extensive experience working with individual adults diagnosed with trauma, mood disorders and addictive illness. I have interest in working with people who are challenged with race related stress. I also have a passion for working with women: supporting you to strengthen your confidence to live authentically. I also utilize spiritual approaches based on your preferences. Therapy is open to anyone looking to improve their mental wellness and self care.
