About

There are many important reasons why people come to therapy. For some, they may want to learn to manage their anxiety and depression, improve their relationships and set boundaries with others, and/or process painful experiences from their past. For others, they may want to address their perfectionism and unrealistic expectations, learn strategies to manage their ADHD, and/or cope with life or career transitions.

With training in CBT, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic therapy, I will help you identify your needs and how to meet them, and live an intentional and meaningful life based on what is important to you.

I believe that in order for therapy to be effective, there needs to be a trusting, open, and collaborative relationship with clients. I provide clients with a safe space, allowing them to address their vulnerabilities without the fear of judgment or criticism. My hope is that you walk away from sessions feeling seen, heard, valued, understood and supported.
