As a therapist, my goal is to tailor treatment to meet your needs. I will meet you where you are, emotionally and mentally and together we will move forward from there. My areas of specialization include, working with LGBT+, anxiety/stress management, depression, relationship/peer issues. I worked with children and families providing intensive in home counseling and also worked with adults to help them manage crisis, addiction, relationship issues, life stress as well as anxiety and depression on an outpatient basis.
