I am a firm believer that YOU are the expert in your life. I'm just here to guide and support you through your recovery process! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an Addictions Counselor with almost 24 years of experience. I have worked in a variety of settings, such as substance abuse facilities, mental health hospitals, manage care companies, and private practice. My areas of expertise include addiction, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues for individuals 16 and up. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Crisis Intervention Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to name a few. I have a unique and welcoming style which many people enjoy. I look forward to meeting you! Awakening Counseling & Coaching Inc. is a multidisciplinary group practice that offers specialized mental health counseling services for children, adults, couples, families, christian counseling services, and life coaching services. Our team consists of licensed therapists that provide telehealth therapy services all over the state of Florida.
