About

I believe in an integrative and holistic approach to help clients find balance in their daily lives. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma or other challenges in your life, it is possible to work through it with someone who can offer skillful support and guidance. The goal that people say they most want; is to feel better, or that they want things to be different. It is possible for healing to occur and to work on issues that are hard to deal with in the right space. Change is possible and attainable.

I have experience working with Teens and Adults and specialize in child and family issues.

It takes courage to make changes but in doing so, it will allow more room for joy in your life. "No therapy is comfortable, because it involves dealing with pain. But there's one comfortable thought: that two people sharing the pain can bear it easier than one."
