Hi, I’m Kim! I am a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), based in Montville, Maine, who serves clients statewide via Telehealth. Based on your individual goals and needs, I help you open windows into new, more adaptive perspectives on your challenges. We explore alternative or complimentary approaches, sometimes making use of images, movements, or music, to help you understand and process your issues and concerns. Often, by intuitively engaging in expressive or mindful actions, you will find relief from worries and solutions to problems. People find healing in different ways, based on individual personality, identity, culture, and personal history. A person’s needs evolve over time and tend to shift with changing circumstances. My belief is that you are the one who best knows what’s right for you. Some people require a logical, problem-solving perspective. Working with me means being able to understand the part of you that is authentic and being prepared to take steps to adapt to or change your perspective, as necessary, in order follow your heart-felt goals. I believe that you have all the answers you need within you and I am here to listen.
