I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Play Therapist, Ketamine Assisted Therapist, & Holistic Coach. I provide services to children, adolescent, and adults experiencing abrupt life changes and transitions, school bullying, family conflicts, childhood trauma, and grief. Certain diagnosis that I service with children, adolescent, and adults are Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and ADHD. I work with children in a play therapy space with sand, miniatures, games, puzzles and many other activities to support their work in therapy. With adults I provide ketamine assisted therapy for depression, anxiety, and trauma. View 8 Photos The guiding framework of my work is interpersonal neurobiology/relational neuroscience, and attachment. I use other approaches such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral, and Internal Family Systems. I also integrate meditation, breathwork, and expressive art to integration of the therapeutic work of Ketamine Assisted Therapy. I value being compassionate and respecting where people are in their journey and creating a safe space for children, adolescent and adults. I value, appreciate, and respect the gift of neurodiversity as we are meant to honor and accept our differences. I also believe that we all have a healing intelligence within moving us toward healing and growth.
