Hi, I’m Kim Peery board licensed clinical social worker and founder of Help You Thrive, LLC. I'm inspired to work with people that struggle with trauma experience, anxiety, and unanticipated life events. Working with adults I help professionals and parents gain skills and confidence to strengthen their relationships, both professional and personal, and live their life in alignment with their values View 5 Photos I work with various populations from a multitude of environments, successfully building resiliency and capability with both individuals and groups. Utilizing my own experience in corporate business, as a school counselor, and a parenting specialist, I’ve embraced both the practicality of CBT and the awareness of emotion/mind/body on our capabilities. Therapy sessions may include a variety of therapeutic approaches such as, CBT, MBCT, or Gottman Emotion Focused Parenting, and more, all rooted in evidence based practices.
