I feel honored to join with people in their personal and relational odysseys and find myself continually in awe of the inner capacity of each person to heal and grow. I use my easy-going, compassionate, and direct way of being, coupled with education and experience—professional and personal, to support clients in facing difficulties, discovering hope, and changing in ways that resonate with their goals. I approach all settings with a systematic lens while working people preschool age and on up through the golden years, in individual, couple, and family settings. I love learning, yardwork, textile arts, and being outside and active year-round. I am the mother of five adult sons and grandmother of four. I treasure the friendships that have developed within my family and I enjoy both the rambunctious and the tender moments we share. Please reach out for help if you feel we would be a good fit for working together. I am happy to join your journey to healing.
