Hello, I'm Kiara, a licensed clinical social worker based in Virginia with 8 years of experience. Helping to heal trauma has quickly become one of my passions. I use a technique that combines somatic (body) and cognitive (mind) techniques to help trauma survivors rediscover their power. My greatest strength as a provider is breaking down complex ideas into smaller more palatable ideas.
