Hi! I have two sliding scale spots open for teens/kids in person in SF or virtually. I hold space for young people to express and explore their feelings (sadness and grief, anger and frustration, fear and anxiety, joy and excitement...), experiences, and identities in ways that feel safe and real. Beyond talk therapy, our sessions can include artistic expression, movement, and play. I love seeing my clients strengthen self-confidence, discover healthier ways of emotional expression, and build relational skills through our work together.
