About

Navigating life’s toughest challenges can feel isolating and overwhelming, especially when the systems around you weren’t built with your well-being in mind. As someone deeply committed to supporting historically marginalized communities, I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and valued for who you truly are. Whether you're struggling with self-esteem, identity concerns, grief, racial trauma, or identity concerns, I’m here to walk with you through it. My approach, rooted in feminist theory and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), focuses on helping you live authentically and in alignment with your values.

Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and work toward a more meaningful life. I also offer trauma-focused interventions like Prolonged Exposure Therapy to help you heal and achieve balance after traumatic life experiences.

I’m committed to providing an exploratory, affirming environment where you can be your true self, especially in a world that may not always offer that space. If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing, I’m here to support you in that process.
