I am a family, couple, individual, and youth therapist who provides a safe environment for helping people. I help those who are seeking a more resilient life and stronger connection in relationships. Sometimes we struggle and need a helping hand to move through Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Family Conflict, Relationship Dynamics, Education, Career or a Life Change. I provide therapy using a strength-based approach with the belief that everyone has the ability to find change. I specialize in Family Systems, Narrative and Cognitive Behavioral therapies. In addition, I have extensive experience working with couples, individuals, youth and their families struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Family Conflict, Life Change, and Suicidality. I assist in helping you find balance and stability within your life and relationships. It is my hope, to help you feel understood about issues you are experiencing by providing empathy, warmth and unconditional positive regard in our sessions. I offer a safe and inviting space to address life’s concerns and move through difficulties. Together, we can create hope when help is needed. I offer sessions on sliding scale based on household income.
