Have you ever felt like no one understands what you are going through? That you are alone on this road called life and not really sure where it is taking you? You may feel “weak” if you seek therapy, but let me tell you that is the complete opposite of what you are. By you finding help you are proving to yourself that you are stronger than what you think. As you take this big step in your journey it can bring a lot of nerves and excitement at the same time. It is not easy to find a stranger to talk about your feelings with. I want to be the person who will fill your cup up when you need it the most. I completed my masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Southeastern University. I completed internships at Raising Teen Girls and at Robinson Kyles Counseling and Testing Center. I enjoy working with couples, families, and adolescents. I use techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral, Emotion Focused, and Person Centered Therapy As your therapist my primary goal is to connect with you and see how we can work together to help get you through that hurdle in your life. It is not easy to get through those big life events, but we will make progress together to reach the goals you have in your life. I will use different psychological techniques that will best suit your individual need.
