Do you struggle with feeling overwhelmed or on edge? Like life is not as good as it should be? Challenged with loving someone in addiction or the military? Haunted by the past? Lost? Disconnected? Does it affect your relationships, work, and overall happiness from life? Now more than ever, people are feeling anxious, overwhelmed and uncertain about how they are supposed to manage their relationships, careers and their lives. I have built my practice to help others navigate the hard in life. It might mean setting boundaries, changing the way you think, recognizing patterns, or it may mean I just sit with you in the hard.

Using a strengths-based and person-centered approaches, I balance with directness. I have over 10 years experience working with adults and adolescents in outpatient, inpatient, and private practice settings. My background allows me to help clients with some of the most challenging difficulties in life. I do all of this around your schedule and convenience!

It can be scary to start therapy, and it can be intimidating over the internet. But what you're doing isn't easy either.
