About

With a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work and a certificate in trauma therapy, I have worked with individuals of all ages, specializing in treating symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and new parenthood. I love working with all kinds of people and believe everyone has aspects unique to them that are worth celebrating. I also believe that as humans, we all need support at times to help us through challenges and obstacles life throws at us. Through the use of empathy and compassion, I strive to create a warm, accepting, and non-judgmental environment where we can work through these challenges together.

Using a variety of up-to-date therapeutic modalities and mindfulness techniques, I tailor my approach to best match each individual client’s unique goals and needs, meeting you where you are at. I believe in an empowerment approach and work alongside clients, guiding them to recognize their strengths and create pathways to the changes they desire.

I know finding a new therapist can sometimes feel overwhelming. I am here for any questions you have and welcome the opportunity to speak with you over the phone to explore if I would be a good fit for you. I am currently accepting new clients via Telehealth and in-person services, and I look forward to connecting with you.
