About

I am an empathetic therapist who is dedicated to guiding individuals through the journey of healing from eating disorders using a blend of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). I also offer therapeutic meal support and work with dietitians in the community to give full wrap around support.

I also specializes in couples therapy and is passionate about fostering deeper connection between couples by exploring conflict and intimacy through emotionally focused therapy (EFT). I work to strengthen the couples bond and empower them to create a relationship filled with understanding and growth both together and individually.

I have a decade of mental health experience in the areas of depression, anxiety, addiction, and obsessive compulsive disorder and uses an evidence based, client specific treatment modalities to navigate many of life’s challenges with a sprinkle of humor and a lot self-love. Together we can rewrite your story!
