Kelsey Blahnik is a Qualified Supervisor in multiple states and the executive director of The And Way Therapy. Kelsey and her team provide individual (ages 10+) and couples therapy via Telehealth. She primarily utilizes a fusion of EMDR and IFS. Due to her passion for making high quality, affordable Mental Health care accessible, the team offers services ranging from as little as $75 per session and are in network with many insurance providers. My next supervision cohort begins in June '24 for $250/month including 4 monthly group sessions. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters of Social Work from Florida State University, Kelsey will take a holistic systems-based approach to your mental health.
