About

Warm and open, my therapeutic style is grounded in curiosity and compassion. I work to transform typical therapeutic spaces into empowering environments that cultivate inner-knowing and greater connection. I work from humanistic and feminist theoretical orientations, meaning that I'm relational and collaborative as a therapist. I believe trust is built and shame diminished when we’re met with authentic connection. I work with individuals and people in relationships working toward greater embodiment, connection, and healing. Many of my clients want to strengthen self-trust, grow their relational skills, and navigate life transitions. View 5 Photos

People who are drawn to my practice tend to be healers and care workers, creatives, educators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers. As an individual and couples therapist, I often work with people desiring more or different out of their relationships, as well as clients looking for support related to sex, sexuality, and sexual trauma.

My approach is trauma-informed, neurodivergent affirming, and rooted in anti-oppressive practice. I honor where you want to go in our work together. You can expect a warm space for sharing, supportive listening, thoughtful questions, the sharing of insights, exploration of ideas, invitations to try new practices, and space to be your full self.
