Everyone is looking for hope. Wherever you find yourself today, hope is tangible and change is possible. As a counselor, I enjoy working with a variety of clients to develop trust and work to engage with each individual in a way where they feel supported and known. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with trauma, anger, depression, anxiety, and grief. I am a Level 2 Gottman trained therapist and work with couples to build stronger relationships and marriages. I understand that everyone has their personal journey and believe that support, insight and genuine care can bring hope and change. With my experience using Trauma-Informed Care, CBT, and various other modalities, I can equip clients in experiencing positive mental health, overall well-being and the reality of change. I believe that hope is possible and that healing is a journey worth making. I promise to meet you where you are at and walk alongside you. “Affliction is often that thing which prepares an ordinary person for some sort of an extraordinary destiny.” ― C.S. Lewis
