About

Are you tired of feeling trapped by your eating disorder? Do you feel exhausted and overwhelmed by trying to improve your anxiety or depression? My goal is to collaborate with you to improve your mental health and your life in general. We will work together to help you let go of thoughts and behavioral patterns that no longer serve you and identify new, more effective ways to cope with life’s challenges.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with The Chesnut Group, offering therapy for adolescents & adults with eating disorders, chronic dieting, emotional eating, and body image issues. I also provide therapy for individuals with other mental health concerns including LGBTQIA+ issues, anxiety, depression, and issues surrounding identity and life transitions.

My therapeutic orientation is integrative and includes strengths-based, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and relational therapy interventions. I work from a trauma-informed, weight inclusive, Health at Every Size framework. I also have experience doing FBT for EDs. I am a member of PsyPact, so I can see clients in 42 states.
