Are you struggling in life and not sure which way to turn? I am a Licensed Associate Counselor who has 25 years of marriage, parenting and leadership experience. I am focused on helping adolescents and adults as well as couples in Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy. It is my life's passion to help people transform their lives through an understanding of early experiences and relationships with others. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy which is the most effective, researched based Couples and Family therapy available. I am someone who connects with people easily with insight and compassion. I have worked with individuals who suffer from addiction, depression, anxiety, marital issues and parenting challenges. Working with couples to create a more successful relationship is especially gratifying for me. In addition, I was appointed to the Arizona Substance Abuse Partnership Commission through the Governor's office. I offer evening and weekend appointments and look forward to connecting with you. I practice at Paradise Valley Counseling & Consultation Center, supervised by Dr. Martin Keller. I also work part time at notMYkid (non-profit dedicated to educating and empowering today's youth) as the Resource Director and community speaker.
