About

Therapy provides an opportunity to be empathically heard, to gain insight into thoughts and behaviors, to identify and practice healthy coping skills and to cultivate growth and resilience in a safe and welcoming atmosphere. I offer a trauma-informed approach for a variety of client needs, utilizing traditional psychotherapy and other techniques such as EMDR, play therapy, guided imagery therapy, biofield tuning and other somatic tools to promote healing and wellness.

Are you living the life you want to live? Would you like more ease and fulfillment in your relationships? Perhaps you are struggling with anxiety, addiction, negative thought patterns or difficulty freeing yourself from past wounds. A therapeutic relationship provides a safe space for exploration of emotions and needs and provides personalized support.

I believe that every person has a unique story to share, a dynamic set of strengths and an ability to learn and develop new coping skills to help navigate through life's challenges and to increase resilience. If you need more guidance and support or you wish to explore emotional or life issues for the purpose of insight and growth, I am here for you.
