About

Hi! As a therapist, it is my privilege and passion to work with individuals and families to overcome challenging relationships, life stressors, losses, and trauma histories. I believe in a collaborative, person-centered, and strength-based perspective. Through individualized treatment, I work to support clients and help them move forward from situations disrupting their functioning. When they don’t believe they can, I will believe for them while they learn new coping and mindfulness skills to heal and grow.

I enjoy working with all ages. I work with children and youth on grief/trauma histories, ADHD, behavioral issues, social skills, and familial stressors. I also have significant experience working with parents needing extra parenting support, as well as students and adults with symptoms of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, divorce and family conflict.

I provide a safe environment for my clients to build autonomy, self-esteem, and coping skills that can be implemented into their daily living. I have an individualistic therapeutic style therefore I offer a combination of treatment modalities to provide insight, growth, self awareness and behavioral change. If you're ready for a change please give me a call.
