About

Equine Assisted Therapy (EAT) with a Trauma-Informed Approach at Kindle Hill Foundation. As a trauma-informed therapist, I am focused on helping teens and adults to navigate their unique challenges, both individually and within the dynamics of couples and families, through the healing power of horses. Horses possess an intuitive connection to human emotions and an innate ability to mirror and respond to our innermost feelings. This forms the foundation of EAT—an innovative approach that harmonizes the healing power of horses with evidenced-based therapeutic practices. View 11 Photos

Transcending the confines of traditional talk therapy, EAT creates an alternative and engaging path towards healing. On your journey of self-discovery and growth, the non-judgmental/non-verbal nature of equine interactions fosters an environment where emotional barriers can be gently dismantled, paving the way for deeper introspection and healing.

Through the hands-on experience of developing a bond between humans and horses, we can unlock a profound path for transformation—one that honors your unique experience and leads you towards a future defined by self-discovery, growth, and understanding.
